Lakeville Village - Our Story
Lakeville Village originally opened in 2000 as a privately owned manufactured home community. It is now a 50 home, resident owned community (ROC). The transition didn't happen overnight. We formed Lakeville Village, Inc., and started on the path of resident ownership in 2013. With the help of ROC USA, LLC, we purchased and took control of our community.
We are proud of our well-maintained homes on spacious lots and feel lucky that our neighbors are also our friends. We work hard to improve our 55+ community and celebrate with frequent social gatherings. Neighbors come together for planned and spontaneous social activities such as our Thanksgiving and Christmas Holiday dinners, outdoor movies, friendly golf outings and our annual picnic. We also enjoy giving back by working together on community service projects like collecting food for local food banks.
